Basic bookkeeping includes the initial posting and categorizing of business transactions, completing bank and credit card reconciliations, and preparing balance sheet and income statements on an ongoing monthly basis for business owners who are just starting or are up to date with their bookkeeping.
What you get: Organized, up to date financial records, internal management reports, and tax-ready financials.
Pricing starts at $150/month which includes posting up to 50 transactions and reconciliation of 3 bank/credit card accounts. Monthly reconciliations and reports are completed by the end of the following month. A diagnostic review is required to determine monthly rate.
Bookkeeping clean-up/catch-up is for business owners who are behind with their bookkeeping, have book balances that do not match their bank balances, or transactions that have been categorized incorrectly and includes posting and re-categorizing business transactions, bringing books up to date, and reconciling bank and credit card accounts for multiple months.
What you get: Caught up and organized financial records for past months (years), internal management reports, and tax-ready financials.
Clean-up/catch-up bookkeeping is provided at $45/hour. A diagnostic review is required to determine an estimated number of hours needed to perform work.
A diagnostic review is needed before monthly or clean-up/catch-up bookkeeping can begin and includes a review of the current state of your books.
What you get: Problem areas will be pointed out, recommendations provided, a monthly price determined for monthly bookkeeping, or estimated number of hours determined for clean-up/catch-up bookkeeping.
Price is $100 with a turn around time of 2 weeks.
QuickBooks Online Training
QuickBooks Online Training includes customized training session provided remotely.
What you get: Up to 2-hour training sessions geared towards your learning goal.
Price is $50/hour. Date and time will be determined based on availability.
Setup for QuickBooks Online
Setup of accounting software QuickBooks Online includes importing list information (Chart of Accounts, Vendors, Customers), entering beginning balances, and editing settings to match the needs of the business.
What you get: Accounting software that is ready for you to use.
Pricing starts at $250 and will vary depending on the size of the company. Turn around time is 2 weeks.
QuickBooks Online Tune Up
QuickBooks Online Tune Up is for business owners who handle their own bookkeeping and includes the review of posted transactions, reports, chart of accounts, and reconciliations.
What you get: Verification of properly recorded transactions and tax-ready books.
Pricing starts at $75/month and will be completed by the end of the following month.
Accounts receivable includes creating invoices, sending approved invoices via email, and tracking payments received in QuickBooks Online.
What you get: Invoices prepared and sent out to your customers and a monthly accounts receivable aging report.
Pricing starts at $150/month for up to 20 customer receivables.
Accounts payable includes entering, tracking, and paying approved bills via Melio Payments or other bill payment processing software.
What you get: Bills entered and ready for payment and a monthly accounts payable aging report.

Payroll Setup for Patriot Software
Payroll setup with Patriot Software includes entering company and employee information, setting up direct deposit, and entering payroll data if transferring from another payroll software during the year.
What you get: Payroll software that is ready for you to utilize for payroll processing.
Pricing starts at $300 and includes payroll setup for 5 employees. Additional $50 for every 5 additional employees. Turn around time is 2 weeks.
Basic Payroll Processing
Basic payroll processing includes entering employee hours, running payroll, calculating and filing payroll taxes, and preparing and filing W-2s through Patriot Software.
What you get: Paid employees via direct deposit, deposited and filed taxes, and W-2s at the end of the year.
Pricing starts at $100/month and includes processing up to 5 employees. Pricing increases by $25/month for every 5 employees.
1099 Preparation includes e-filing of 1099s to the IRS and Vendors. Client must provide required vendor information (Name/business name, Address, TIN, Amount paid, Any taxes withheld).
What you get: Information returns submitted to the IRS and copies emailed to your Vendors.
Pricing starts at $75 (which includes the cost of e-filing 5 forms). Each additional form is $15. Vendor Information should be provided by January 24. Receipt of Vendor Information after January 24, will result in $75 rush fee. Note: The business owner is responsible for understanding the requirements of when to issue a 1099. I will file based on the information provided, and the business owner attests that it is correct to the best of their knowledge.
