GRANTS / FORGIVABLE LOANS
- SBA Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Loan
This program provides cash flow to businesses to help maintain their employees during the emergency. If employers maintain their payroll, the loans will be forgiven. Allowable uses include payroll costs, rent, mortgage interest, and utilities. Sole proprietors (self-employed) may also apply, using their 2019 Schedule C Net Income to calculate the loan amount. This is an emergency advance of up to $10,000 to small businesses who apply for an SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL). Learn More

- IBank’s Jump Start Loan Program – California
California IBank is offering loans from $500 to $10,000 to low-wealth entrepreneurs in the declared disaster and emergency areas. Learn More
- California Small Business Loan Guarantee Program (SBLGP)
IBank’s SBLGP helps lenders provide loans to small businesses, farmers and exporters that may not otherwise qualify if it were not for the guarantee. Learn More
- Los Angeles City Small Business Emergency Microloan Program
Businesses in Los Angeles with 100 or fewer employees that have been negatively impacted by COVID-19 can get an emergency microloan of $5,000 to $20,000. Learn More
OTHER RELIEF
- Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (Unemployment for Self-Employed)
Applicants will initially receive the minimum benefit amount of $167 a week and the additional $600 a week benefit promised by the CARES Act. Learn More
